The Diocese of Romblon ( lat. : Dioecesis Rombloniensis ) is the Philippines located Roman Catholic diocese based in Romblon .
history
The diocese of Romblon was on December 19, 1974 by Pope Paul VI. established with the Apostolic Constitution Christi Ecclesia from cessions of territory by the Diocese of Capiz and the Apostolic Vicariate of Calapan . It is subordinate to the Archdiocese of Capiz as a suffragan .
The diocese of Romblon includes the province of Romblon .
