Josef Grossmann
Josef Ernestus Großmann (born March 28, 1926 in Baden-Baden ; † June 20, 2017 ) was a German lawyer and district administrator .
Life
Josef Großmann, son from the marriage of the master carpenter Julius Großmann and his wife Elisabeth born. War in Weisenbach (Murgtal), studied law (Dr. jur. Utr.) In Freiburg i. Breisgau and after his retirement he worked as a lawyer in Bühl in Baden . Josef Großmann married Elisabeth born in 1955. Lusch († 1976); In 1978 he married Ruth geb. Purfürst used Zachmann. He had two children from his first marriage.
From 1971 to 1972 Großmann was district administrator in the district of Bühl , Baden-Württemberg , and thus the last district administrator of the district that was dissolved in the course of the district reform on January 1, 1973 . He was then involved in the “realignment” of the Rastatt district as a “ district administrator ” (district administrator) of the Rastatt district.
Großmann was president of the Baden Red Cross regional association from 1975 to 1993 and chairman of the Bühl district association from 1966 to 1993. For many years he was chairman of the presidential council of the DRK, chairman of the specialist committee for health care and rescue services and chairman of the federal tariff association of the German Red Cross.
Großmann was involved in numerous social projects in the Holy Land . In 1992 he was appointed Knight of the Order of Knights of the Holy Sepulcher by Cardinal Grand Master Giuseppe Caprio and invested on May 23, 1992 by Bishop Anton Schlembach , Grand Prior of the German Lieutenancy . He was Commander of the Order.
