Josip Fuček (born February 26, 1985 in Zagreb ) is a Croatian football player .
Career
society
Fuček started his career at NK Zagreb . In 2005 he moved to league rivals NK Pula Staro Češko . This was followed by further positions at NK Samobor , NK Croatia Sesvete and HNK Suhopolje , before he joined the third division club NK Lučko Zagreb in January 2008 . With Lučko, he was promoted to the 2nd HNL in 2009 and the 1st HNL in 2011 .
After 16 games in the promotion season, in which he was able to score three goals, he moved to the Austrian second division club TSV Hartberg in January 2012 . Without him, Lučko was relegated from the 1st HNL. With Hartberg he was able to keep the league in the relegation after a win and a draw against the Grazer AK . Fuček came to twelve games in the league and one game in the relegation for the Hartberger.
In September 2012 he returned to Croatia, where he joined the second division club NK Zelina . After a few months he left Zelina again and switched to the first division club RNK Split . At Split, the striker only made two goalless appearances in the 1st HNL.
So Fuček moved abroad again, this time to Slovenia to the NK Zavrč . For Zavrč he played 29 times in the Prva Liga in the 2013/14 season and scored four goals. Zavrč finished the season in fifth. For the 2014/15 season he moved to league rivals NK Krka . In 2016, however, Krka had to relegate from the Prva Liga.
Then Fuček left the club and moved to Iceland to Víkingur Reykjavík . For Víkingur he completed seven games in the Pepsideild , in which he scored one goal. After the end of the season, he left the club in January 2017 and moved to Romania to ACS Poli Timișoara . With Poli he reached the cup final, where however Dinamo Bucharest was defeated. In addition, you could keep the class in the relegation against UTA Arad .
In July 2017, a second engagement followed in Austria, where he joined the second division club Kapfenberger SV . After the 2017/18 season he left Kapfenberg and moved to the fifth-rate SV Neuberg .
National team
Fuček played several games for Croatian youth national teams between 2001 and 2002. He was used for the U-15 , U-16 and U-17 teams of Croatia.
He made his debut for a Croatian selection in February 2001 for the U-16 selection against the Czech Republic . He made his debut for the U-15 team in March 2001 against Slovenia . In that match he also scored his first goal for a Croatian selection. In July 2001 he played against Ireland for the first time for the U-17 team of Croatia.
