This game was also his only Bundesliga game with the Leverkusen team.

He then moved to the then French first division club Grenoble Foot for the 2009/10 season . From the second half of the 2010/11 season he played again in Germany and went hunting for goals for the German second division Arminia Bielefeld , where he signed a contract until the end of the season. There he made eleven appearances in the first half of the 2011/12 season , but scored no goal. During the winter break he was suspended from the first team and only came to the second team in the fourth division for the rest of the season.

In mid-July 2012, Tadić moved to the Australian first division club Melbourne Heart .

A year later Tadic signed a contract with the Croatian first division club HNK Rijeka . In this, however, he completed only one championship and one Europa League qualifying game before he was awarded to the league competitor NK Zadar for the rest of the season . At the club from the southern Croatian port city, he was used in a total of 24 league games, in which he scored seven goals and prepared another four for his teammates.
