Julia Buchner (born around 1992 ) is an Austrian pop singer from Niedernsill near Zell am See .

Life

Julia Buchner attended secondary school in Zell am See after primary school in Niedernsill and then the music high school in Bad Hofgastein and learned the instruments of recorder, guitar, saxophone and piano. Her main job is as a kindergarten teacher.

In 2014 she took part in the casting show Herz von Österreich on the private broadcaster Puls 4 , where she came fourth. With her cover version of Stumme Signals by Claudia Jung , she made her way into the Austrian single charts. Her debut album Sternentanz was released in July 2015 and also hit the charts.

In July 2015 and July 2018 she was seen on ORF on Starnacht am Wörthersee . In August 2016 she joined that of Stefan Mross moderated broadcast every Sunday in SWR on. In December 2018 she appeared on ORF in the Star Christmas with Alfons Haider . In June 2019 she was on stage at the Donauinselfest and in August 2019 at the Kitzbühel Music Festival . At the beginning of 2020 she was represented with Mein Herz Beats Applaus at the Winter Open Air of Wenn die Musipiele .
