Julia Channel (* 3. November 1973 as Julia Pinel in Paris ), also known as Julia Channel or Lydia Chanel , is a former French porn actress who now as a singer operates.

Life

Julia Channel's father is from Mali and her mother is Italian . She grew up in the Seine-Saint-Denis department in Neuilly-Plaisance and graduated from the Sorbonne with a degree in Italian . She began a career as a model and posed for the swimwear brand Uncle Sam as well as for magazines such as Playboy and Penthouse . In August 1992 she responded to an advertisement from the Clara advertising agency and took part in a casting with Pierre Woodman . In February 1993, she made her first appearance in an amateur porn film, La Baise dans le monde by Pierre B. Reinhard.

She then played roles in several non-pornographic films such as Les Truffes (1995) with Jean Reno , Frères (1994), Coup de vice (1996) with Samy Naceri and Recto / Verso (1999) with the French comedian Smaïn. She also appeared in about thirty television films with erotic content on the TV station M6 and founded a dating website for singles.

In 2000 she appeared in Method Man's music video for the song Judgment Day . On March 13, 2008, her autobiography L'enfer vu du ciel was published . In December 2010, Julia Channel released her first music video, All I Want, from the album Colors .
