Julija Petrovna Gavrilowa ( Russian Юлия Петровна Гаврилова ; born July 20, 1989 in Novosibirsk ) is a Russian saber fencer , Olympic champion and four-time world champion.

In 2007, Julija Petrovna Gavrilowa won silver with the Saber team at the European Junior Championships in Poznan and at the World Junior Championships in Belek . In 2008 she became the European junior team champion in Prague and won bronze with the team at the Junior World Championships in Acireale . In 2009 she won silver with the team at the European Championships in Plovdiv , at the Junior European Championships in Amsterdam and at the Junior World Championships in Belfast again bronze with the team. In 2010 she became team world champion for the first time in Paris with Dina Galiakbarowa , Sofja Welikaja and Swetlana Kormilizyna and won silver at the European Championships in Leipzig , in the individual she finished eighth.

In 2011 the Russian team consisting of Dina Galiakbarowa, Julija Gavrilowa, Sofja Velikaja and Yekaterina Diatschenko won the gold medal at the World Championships in Catania . At the European Championships in Sheffield , the same team won bronze behind Italy and Ukraine. Gavrilowa won bronze individually in both competitions.

2012 was the same team in Kiev team world champions and in Legnano team European champions in singles at the European Championships took Gavrilova seventh. At the Olympic Games in London she was eliminated by Zhu Min and reached tenth place.

In 2013 she became European team champion in Zagreb and won silver with the team at the World Championships in Budapest .

With the team, she won the European Championship and the World Championship in 2015, and again the European Championship and the Olympic Games in 2016 .
