action

During a ride in a small boat through a theme park attraction in Disneyland, a group of travelers find themselves in a jungle that is home to dangerous animals and reptiles, but which is also home to something supernatural. Film title and staff

The location and title of the film refer to the Disney theme park attraction " Jungle Cruise "

The eponymous Jungle Cruise is an attraction in the Adventurelands in many Disney parks, including Disneyland, Magic Kingdom and Tokyo Disneyland. In Hong Kong Disneyland, the attraction is called the Jungle River Cruise. Disneyland Paris and Shanghai Disneyland are the only Magic Kingdom-style Disney parks where the Jungle Cruise cannot be found. The attraction simulates a boat trip on several major rivers in Asia, Africa and South America. The plot of the film is loosely related to the attraction.

In September 2006 the production of Jungle Cruise was announced, developed by Mandeville Films and written by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar . In February 2011 it was announced that Tom Hanks and Tim Allen were involved and that the script will now be written by Roger SH Schulman.
