Miles Millar (born in the United Kingdom in 1967 ) is a British screenwriter and film producer .

Life

Millar was born in the United Kingdom around 1967. He was a student at Claremont Fan Court School , Christ's College, and is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts' Peter Stark Producing Program .

Millar created the television series Smallville with his friend Alfred Gough and was with him from the first to the seventh season also executive producer of the series. He also wrote the scripts with him for eleven episodes of the first four seasons of the series and directed episode 3.19 "Lara & Lillian" (Memoria) . The two also wrote scripts for Hollywood blockbusters like Lethal Weapon 4, Spider-Man 2 and The Mummy 3.
