history

The village of Krummbach , which belongs to the Eisenberg domain , was founded in the second half of the 16th century by the Counts of Zierotin . The place was first mentioned in a document in 1600. At that time the village consisted of 16 farms. During the 17th century the name of the village changed to Krummwasser . In 1677 Krummwasser consisted of 14 properties. In 1839 the place still consisted of 14 houses and had 178 inhabitants. The village was parish to Grumberg .

After the abolition of patrimonial Krummwasser formed from 1850 a district of the community Grumberg in the district Mährisch Schönberg and belonged to the judicial district Altstadt . In 1900 there were 168 people living in the village. As a result of the Munich Agreement , Krummwasser was added to the German Reich in 1938 and belonged to the Mährisch Schönberg district until 1945 . After the Second World War, the German residents were expelled . In 1950 only 53 people lived in the 18 houses in Křivá Voda. 1980 Křivá Voda was incorporated together with Podlesí to Malá Morava . The population decline continued and in 1991 there were 16 permanent residents in the six residential houses. Most of the houses are used as holiday homes. In 2001 the village consisted of 8 houses in which 11 people lived.
