Schimmelpenninck cabinet
The Schimmelpenninck cabinet was the first cabinet in the Netherlands . It existed from March 25 to November 21, 1848 . Count Gerrit Schimmelpenninck presided over the Council of Ministers. After his resignation , the chair rotated monthly.
