The Kall is a 25.9 km long tributary of the Rur in the Eifel in North Rhine-Westphalia ( Germany ).

The source is located north of the town of Konzen, which belongs to Monschau, on Belgian territory. It flows past Simmerath and is then dammed together with the Keltzerbach to the Kalltalsperre , it crosses Simonskall a few kilometers further . The Kall flows into the Rur in Zerkall (municipality of Hürtgenwald ) .
