The Canton Blois-1 is a French canton in the Arrondissement Blois in Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; its main town is Blois , a representative in the general council of the department has been since 2002, re-elected in 2008 Marie-Hélène Millet ( MoDem ). The official name according to Insee is Blois 1 (er) Canton .

The canton consists of part of the city of Blois.

Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Blois-1 included the five municipalities of Blois , La Chaussée-Saint-Victor , Saint-Denis-sur-Loire , Villebarou and Villerbon . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 4101.
