The Canton Contres was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Blois in Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; its main town was Contres . Jean-Luc Brault ( DVG ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .
