Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Gramat included the twelve municipalities of Alvignac , Bio , Carlucet , Couzou , Gramat , Lavergne , Le Bastit , Miers , Padirac , Rignac , Rocamadour and Thégra . Its layout corresponded to an area of 279.42 km 2 . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 4611.
