The District of Saint-Raphaël is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Draguignan , in Var department and in the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur ; its capital is Saint-Raphaël . Françoise Dumont ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2004 .
