The canton of Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer was until 2015 a French constituency in the arrondissement of Toulon , in the department of Var and in the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur ; its main town was Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer . Gilles Vincent ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .
