The canton Draguignan is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Draguignan , in Var department and in the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur ; its main town is Draguignan . Max Piselli ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2008 .

Before the reorganization, the five municipalities Ampus , Draguignan , Flayosc , La Motte and Trans-en-Provence belonged to the canton of Draguignan . Its layout corresponded to an area of 227.58 km 2 . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 8311.
