The canton of La Garde is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Toulon , in the department of Var and in the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur ; The main town is the municipality of La Garde . Jean-Louis Masson ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2004 .

Until the reorganization, the two municipalities of La Garde and Le Pradet belonged to the canton of La Garde . Its layout corresponded to an area of 25.51 km 2 . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 8342.
