The Canton Cuers was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Toulon , in the Var department and in the region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur ; its main town was Cuers . Véronique Baccino ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .
geography
The area of the canton was around its main town Cuers in the arrondissement of Toulon. Its lowest point was in Pierrefeu-du-Var at 45 m, the highest at 700 m in Cuers. The mean sea level was 149 m. It lay in the north of the Gapeau valley in the transition to the Massif des Maures in the east and the foothills of the Massif de la Sainte-Baume in the west.
