Karl von Friesach

Karl von Friesach († 1260 ) was Bishop of Lavant .

Karl von Friesach came from a Salzburg ministerial family who were burgraves in Friesach. In 1257 he was appointed the second bishop of the newly founded diocese of Lavant, but he died three years later. Nothing is known of his reign.
