Henry III. (Lavant)
Henry III. († July 15, 1356 ) was Bishop of Lavant .
Heinrich was provost of the Virgilienberg monastery in Friesach and from 1338 caretaker of the Lavant bishop Heinrich von Leis, who lived in Vienna . After his death he was appointed as his successor by the Salzburg archbishop Heinrich von Pirnbrunn and received the title of prince as advisor to Duke Albrecht II . Through the intercession of Duke Albrecht with Pope Clemens VI. Heinrich received two further benefits, thereby increasing the diocese's property considerably and therefore came into conflict with the Bishop of Bamberg.
