Karpfsee is a district of the Bad Heilbrunn municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen .

The development consists of the Karpfsee farm and a settlement three hundred meters south of seven parcels.

geography

The hamlet is located about three kilometers northwest of Bad Heilbrunn in the Mürnsee district on a hill on a communal road between the state road St 2370 and the federal road 11 . The Holmbach rises to the east of the hamlet .

history

On May 1, 1978, the independent municipality of Schönrain was dissolved from the Bad Tölz district . Some districts were incorporated into Königsdorf , others such as Karpfsee came to Bad Heilbrunn.

The 1987 census found 29 residents in six residential buildings. Between 2014 and 2017, the Nantesbuch Foundation built the “Long House” at the Karpfsee farm , which was inaugurated on June 24, 2017.
