The 1993/94 season was the second season of the Kazakh ice hockey professional league . Three clubs, which made up a total of five teams, took part in the competition. The title of the Kazakh champion secured Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk , who thus winning the title the previous year successfully defended.

The five participants played in a triple round, so that each team had the number of twelve games. The team with the most points secured the championship in the end.

For a win in the regular playing time of 60 minutes, a team received two points, the losing opponent received nothing. In the event of a tie, each team received one point.

After the twelve rounds, Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk confidently secured the championship title. The team from Ust-Kamenogorsk provided a total of three of the five participants, as in addition to the second team, the club's juniors also took part in the championship.
