The 1994/95 season was the third season of the Kazakh ice hockey professional league . Three clubs made up of four teams took part in the competition. The title of Kazakh champion was secured for the third time by Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk . Ust-Kamenogorsk won the championship title for the third time in a row.

The four participants played in a quadruple round, so that each team came to the number of twelve games. The team with the most points secured the championship in the end.
For a win in the regular playing time of 60 minutes, a team received two points, the losing opponent received nothing. In the event of a tie, each team received one point.

After the twelve rounds, Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk confidently secured the championship title. The team from Ust-Kamenogorsk also provided a second team. However, this remained pointless and was last. Behind Master Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk, HK Bulat Temirtau and Stroitel Karaganda took the other places by far.
Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk and Stroitel Karaganda played parallel in the course of the season in the International Hockey League , the second team Ust-Kamenogorsk in the third-rate Russian Pervaya League . HK Bulat Temirtau represented Kazakhstan at the first IIHF Federation Cup .
