Katymár ( Croatian Kaćmar , Serbian Каћмар ) is a Hungarian municipality in the district of Bácsalmás in Bács-Kiskun County .
Geographical location
Katymár is two kilometers north of the border with Serbia . Neighboring communities are Madaras and Bácsborsód . The Kigyós-főcsatorna flows south of the municipality.

Road No. 5508 runs through Katymár. The Bácsbokod-Bácsborsód train station, about seven kilometers to the north, is connected to the railway line from Kiskunhalas to Baja .
