Keszeg is a Hungarian community in the county Rétság in Nógrád county .
Geographical location
Keszeg is located in northern Hungary , about 13 kilometers southeast of the district town of Rétság , on the Sinkár-patak river. Neighboring communities are Alsópetény , Nézsa , Penc and Ősagárd .

Keszeg was first mentioned in a document in 1412.
