Kim Delaney
Kim Delaney (born November 29, 1961 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is an American actress .
life and career
Delaney was born in Philadelphia and raised in Roxborough. Her parents are Jack and Joan. She has four brothers.
While she was at Hallahan Catholic Girls High School, she worked as a model for the Elite agency . After graduation, she went to New York City , where she also worked as a model. At the same time she studied acting with Bill Esper.
Her first job as an actress was in 1981, playing Jenny Gardner on the television series All My Children . Despite the fact that Jenny Gardner was very popular, after three years Delaney decided to leave the series. In 2002 she appeared in the series CSI: Miami . From 2007 to 2012, Delaney starred in the television series Army Wives .
Delaney was married twice - to fellow actors Charles Grant and Joe Cortese, with whom she has a son.
