Parish is a district and originally a parish of Dülmen in western Münsterland and surrounds the district of Mitte. Several farmers belong to the district .

The parish includes the farmers Börnste, Daldrup, Dernekamp, Empte, Mitwick, Leuste, Rödder, Weddern (with Karthaus) and Welte.
history
In the 9th century the bishop donated a church to the main courtyard in Dülmen, which was under the patronage of St. Viktor . With the population growth, more and more farms and aristocratic residences such as the Empte, Visbeck, Osthof, Engsterstein, Ueding and Weddern houses emerged.
The House of Weddern was transferred from Gerhard von Keppel to the Carthusian Order in 1477 . The Marienburg Charterhouse was the only Carthusian monastery in Westphalia. Since the abolition of the monastery in 1804 , only the church and a few farm buildings are evidence of its existence.
The welcome estimate from 1498 includes 214 farmsteads outside the city walls. At the existing courtyards, new settlements were created, which were primarily used by day laborers and craftsmen.
The common division of 1844 finally ensured the creation of the cultural landscape that still exists today.
Although the residents were divided into urban and rural residents, all of them attended the only parish church until 1938: St. Viktor .
The town and parish of Dülmen were integrated with the Landesburg Haus Dülmen until 1803 in the historical office of Dülmen and in the Archdiaconate of the Vice-Dome.
Since 1815 the farmers of the parish of Dülmen formed their own community. It was combined with Merfeld to form the Dülmen office. On April 1, 1930 Hausdülmen was also incorporated. On January 1, 1975, the parish of Dülmen parish was incorporated into the city of Dülmen.
