Klein Germersleben is a district of the city of Wanzleben-Börde in the Börde district in Saxony-Anhalt .

history

The place was first mentioned in 1180. A document from 1367 proves that it belongs to the Archdiocese of Magdeburg . On July 1, 1950, Klein Germersleben was incorporated into Bottmersdorf . Since January 1, 2010, the place has belonged to the newly formed city of Wanzleben-Börde.

The Klein Germersleben windmill on the western outskirts is striking . The Klein Germersleben war memorial for the victims and fallen soldiers of the two world wars is located in the town's cemetery .
