Klein Neundorf is a Waldhufendorf with manor blocks and since 1999 a district of Görlitz . It is located southwest of the city and south of Görlitz's local mountain, the Landeskrone .
history
Klein Neundorf was first mentioned as Nuendorf around 1330 .
The district formed from January 1, 1974 a municipality with Deutsch-Ossig . In the 1980s, the residents of Deutsch Ossig were relocated to a settlement on the outskirts of Kunnerwitz due to the expansion of the Berzdorf open-cast mine and the associated demolition of their village. In 1994, Klein Neundorf was assigned to Kunnerwitz as part of the municipality . On January 1, 1999, Kunnerwitz and Klein Neundorf were incorporated into the city of Görlitz. Since the beginning of 2013, the district has been located directly on Lake Berzdorf .
