Sellye small area

The Sellye small area ( Hungarian Sellyei kistérség ) was a Hungarian administrative unit ( LAU 1) within Baranya County in southern Transdanubia until the end of 2012 . At the beginning of 2013 it was completely transferred to the following district of Sellye (in Hungarian Sellyei járás ), to which the three municipalities Baksa, Tengeri and Téseny from the small area of ​​Pécs were added.

At the end of 2012, 13,235 inhabitants lived in an area of ​​463.33 km². The administrative seat was the only city Sellye (2.727 Ew.)
