Mór (Hungarian Móri járás ) is a district in the northwest of the central Hungarian Fejér County . It borders on Komárom-Esztergom county in the northwest and northeast and Veszprém county in the southwest . Internally, the Bicske , Gárdony and Dunaújváros districts form the boundaries.

history

The district was created in the course of the Hungarian administrative reform in early 2013 as the successor to the small area Mór (Hungarian Móri kistérség ) with 12 of the 13 municipalities. One municipality moved to the Székesfehérvár district , but came back to the region of origin at the beginning of 2015, so that the number of municipalities returned to the original number.
