Kropfsdorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of St. Veit an der Gölsen in the Lilienfeld district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 29 building areas with 11,950 m² and 29 gardens on 34,145 m² in the cadastral municipality of Kropfsdorf , in 1989/1990 there were 30 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 153 and in 2009/2010 there were 75 buildings on 160 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 56 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 32 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 55 hectares and 34 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 52 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 34 hectares. The average soil climate of Kropfsdorf is 36 (as of 2010).
