Kurt Binding

Kurt Binding (born March 6, 1904 in Usedom , † May 20, 1971 in Bensberg - Refrath ) was a German lawyer, district president in Hildesheim and SS-Oberführer .

Life

Binding completed a commercial apprenticeship in 1923 and followed this with a degree in law . In 1929 he passed his first legal exam and became a trainee lawyer at the court. In 1931 he received his doctorate and joined the NSDAP (membership number 829.963). In 1934 he worked in the district office of Calbe / Saale . In 1940 Binding joined the Schutzstaffel (membership number 375.078). In 1941, Binding was appointed deputy district president in Hildesheim and SS-Sturmbannführer . In 1942 he took up the post of district president in the Hildesheim district and represented in the Hanover district . In 1944 he was appointed SS-Oberführer .

After the Second World War he was employed by Concordia Lebensversicherungs-AG and in 1959 rose to the board.
