Laccic acid ( n -dotriacontanoic acid) is a chemical compound from the group of saturated higher fatty acids . It belongs to the subgroup of wax acids . It is a component of stick lacquer wax , wool fat and several leaf waxes as well as montan wax . Their salts and esters are called lacceroates (systematically also dotriacontanoates ).
