Ladislav Jirasek (born June 24, 1927 in Prague , Czechoslovak Republic , † July 31, 1977 in Neunkirchen (Saar) ) was a Czechoslovak football goalkeeper and national player .
Career
societies
With 22 years Jirasek belonged to the first team of the Stuttgarter Kickers and completed 22 point games in the Oberliga Süd in the 1949/50 season . He made his debut on October 30, 1949 (7th matchday) in the 3-2 defeat at home against VfR Mannheim . Since the team had to relegate to the 2nd Oberliga Süd in 1950/51 as eighth in the table , Bayern Munich signed him for the 1950/51 season .
In his first season for Bayern , he played 25 games, making his debut on August 27, 1950 (2nd matchday) in a 5-1 win in the stadium on Grünwalder Strasse against FC Singen 04 . In the following season , however, he only got one point game, which was lost on September 9, 1951 at the Neckar Stadium in Stuttgart with 1: 2 against VfB Stuttgart.
From 1952 to 1961 he played 180 point games in the Oberliga Südwest - exclusively for Borussia Neunkirchen . For the club he played a qualifying game to take part in the final round of the 1958/59 championship , which, however, was lost on May 3, 1959 3: 6 against Werder Bremen ; just like the final for the DFB Cup in Kassel on December 27, 1959 with 2: 5 against Schwarz-Weiß Essen . He was also used in six preliminary round matches for the 1959/60 championship .
National team
He played his only A international match for the Saarland national team , which suffered the highest defeat in Saarland international history on June 5, 1954, 7-1 in a friendly against Uruguay in the Saarbrücken Ludwigsparkstadion . Jirasek was substituted for Horst Klauck during the game . For the B national team, he played the international match on May 1, 1955, which was won 4-2 against the B selection of the Netherlands in Neunkirchen's Ellenfeldstadion .
