The state parliament elected its board of directors under the senior president Ludwig Schmidt. State Parliament Director ( President of Parliament ) became Eduard Meisel. Ftitz Liège was elected as deputy.
Between November 10, 1884 and November 25, 1886, the state parliament met for 17 public plenary sessions in one ordinary and one extraordinary session.
