The state parliament elected its board of directors under the senior president Karl von Holleben. Fritz Lüttich became the Landtag Director ( President of Parliament ). Otto Härtel was elected as deputy.

The state parliament met between November 16, 1899 and May 10, 1902 for 27 public plenary sessions in one ordinary and two extraordinary session periods.
