State Parliament of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (1919–1923)
This article deals with the (last) state parliament of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt 1919–1923 .
Parliament
After the November Revolution, the “Electoral Law for the Landtag of the Free State of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt” of December 8, 1918 was the first time a completely free and equal election was carried out. This also included the introduction of women's suffrage . The state elections took place on March 16, 1919. The SPD received eleven members, an absolute majority. Three seats went to the DDP, two to the civil list and one to the DNVP / DVP list.

The state parliament elected its board of directors under the senior president Eduard Krause. Landtag directors ( President of Parliament ) were:
- Franz Winter (May 6, 1919 to February 13, 1920)
- Robert Crone (February 13 to March 5, 1920)
- Friedrich Leder (March 5, 1920 to March 24, 1923)

The state parliament met between May 5, 1919 and March 24, 1923 for 23 public plenary sessions in one ordinary and four extraordinary session periods.
After the formation of the state of Thuringia, the state parliament became the regional representative. In 1921 it was reduced in size and its mandate ended in 1923.
