The state parliament elected its board of directors under the senior president Ludwig Schmidt. State Parliament Director ( President of Parliament ) became Eduard Meisel. Ftitz Liège was elected as deputy.

The state parliament met between November 18, 1887 and January 11, 1890 for 18 public plenary sessions in one ordinary and three extraordinary session periods.
