The state parliament elected its board of directors under the senior president Karl von Holleben. State Parliament Director ( President of Parliament ) became Eduard Meisel. Ftitz Liège was elected as deputy.

The state parliament met between November 11, 1890 and November 28, 1892 for 19 public plenary sessions in one ordinary and one extraordinary session.
