The Landtag elected its board of directors under the senior president Eduard Knoch (Koch was actually the oldest member; but he refused to chair the session). State Parliament Director ( President of Parliament ) became Eduard Knoch. From July 1, 1879, Anton Klipsch was president. Anton Klipsch was elected as deputy. From July 1, 1879, Eduard Meisel was Vice President.
The state parliament met between May 28, 1877 and July 9, 1879 for 20 public plenary sessions in two regular session periods.
