State Parliament of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt (1827–1832)

This article deals with the second state parliament in Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt from 1827 to 1832, including the extraordinary state parliament in 1831.

Parliament

The second Landtag in Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt was elected in 1826/1827. By-elections took place in 1830.

Prince Friedrich Günther appointed Friedrich Wilhelm Freiherr von Ketelhodt to be the Landtag commissioner and thus also the President of Parliament by a princely decree . Christian Wilhelm Schwartz was appointed as Kon-Kommissar.

The Landtag met for nine plenary sessions between April 23, 1827 and May 7, 1827. In the following years the state parliament no longer met. A state parliament committee was elected for day-to-day business and consisted of the following members:

In 1831 the prince summoned the state parliament for an extraordinary session. The Extraordinary State Parliament met in five plenary sessions from January 6, 1831 to January 19.
