Prince Friedrich Günther appointed Ludwig Karl August von Beulwitz to be the Landtag commissioner and thus also the President of Parliament by a princely decree .

The state parliament met for 16 plenary sessions between October 21, 1833 and November 20, 1833. In the following years the state parliament no longer met. A state parliament committee was elected for day-to-day business and consisted of the following members:
