The parliament elected under interim president Carl Müller its board itself. Landtag director ( Parliament Speaker ) was Constantin Sorger. Oskar Schulze (until December 20, 1867) and then Anton Klipsch were elected as deputies.
The state parliament met between May 6, 1867 and October 23, 1866 for 57 public plenary sessions in three session periods (1867, 1867/68 and 1869).
