Landthurm (Ohrbach)

Landthurm is a district of the municipality Ohrbach in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia . After 1964, the place is no longer one of the officially named districts.

geography

Approx. 0.25 km north of the wasteland flows the Grimmelbach, which is a left tributary of the Steinach , which in turn is a left tributary of the Tauber . The Dornschlag forest area borders to the west, and the Kautau forest area approx. 0.5 km to the east. A communal road leads to Ohrbach (1.8 km south) or to Hinterpfeinach (0.9 km north).

With the community edict (early 19th century), Landthurm was assigned to the tax district and the rural community of Ohrbach.
