Lars-Erik Wolfbrandt ( Lars-Erik Ragnar Wolfbrandt ; * December 8, 1928 in Forshem ; † March 23, 1991 ) was a Swedish athlete .

Wolfbrandt was three times Swedish champion in the 400-meter run (1949, 1950, 1954) and twice in the 200-meter run (1948, 1949). Internationally, he made his first appearance at the 1948 Olympic Games in London. In the 4 x 400 meter relay , he won the bronze medal behind the relay from the United States and France together with Kurt Lundquist , Folke Alnevik and Rune Larsson .

Wolfbrandt achieved the same placement with the relay at the European Athletics Championships in Brussels in 1950 . He also took the bronze medal in the 400-meter run there in 47.9 seconds behind the British Derek Pugh and the French Jacques Lunis . At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 , Wolfbrandt finished eighth in the 800-meter run . On the other hand, he missed the finals with the relay and in the 400-meter run.

Lars-Erik Wolfbrandt was 1.78 m tall and had a competition weight of 70 kg. He started for Örebro SK .
