The Lazinser Rötelspitze , also called Partschinser Rötelspitze , is a 3037 m high mountain peak in the Texel Group , part of the Ötztal Alps in South Tyrol . It is located between the target valley in the west and the Lazinser valley, a side valley of the Pfelder valley , in the east. Towards the southeast, the Rötelspitze is separated from the Tschigat ( 2998 m ) by the 2808 m high Halsljoch, while the Lodner ( 3219 m ) rises to the northwest in the further course of the ridge . It is under protection in the Texel Group Nature Park .
The marked normal route leads from the Halsljoch over the southeast ridge to the summit. This is exposed in places and secured with chains. The Halsljoch can be reached from different directions. The Lodnerhütte and the Hochganghaus (both in the municipality of Partschins ) or Pfelders (municipality of Moos in Passeier ) are ideal starting points .
