Le Fief-Sauvin is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community Montrevault-sur-Èvre with 1,658 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Maine-et-Loire in the region of Pays de la Loire .
With effect from December 15, 2015, the municipalities of La Boissière-sur-Èvre , Chaudron-en-Mauges , La Chaussaire , Le Fief-Sauvin , Le Fuilet , Montrevault , Le Puiset-Doré , Saint-Pierre-Montlimart , Saint-Quentin -en-Mauges , Saint-Rémy-en-Mauges and La Salle-et-Chapelle-Aubry from the former Montrevault Communauté merged into a Commune nouvelle with the name Montrevault-sur-Èvre. The municipality of Le Fief-Sauvin belonged to the arrondissement of Cholet and the canton of Beaupréau (until 2015: canton of Montrevault ).

Le Fief-Sauvin is located on the foothills of the Armorican massif on the river Èvre . The commune déléguée also includes the village of Villeneuve in addition to the core town .
